1. Click HERE to go to Charms and get Calendar and Form information. (There are some forms at the bottom of this page. You can also check on Charms to see if your child has turned in forms/money but loging in with your child's student ID #.)

2. In the Parent/Student Login box enter phmsband as the school code.

3. Click handouts to download any forms.

4. Email Director if totally confused
