This past year we commissioned a brand new piece of music!  It was written by David Shipps.  It it called Texas Heritage and it is four movements.  We premiered it at our school's 10-year anniversary on May 18, 2012.

 We were so lucky to have THE Army Field Band come to Frisco!

One of their Brass Quintets actually came to our school to perform for our band students.  They also did a mini-master class with our students who were preparing their All-Region Audition music.
